NSD’s main session will remain our flagship institute: our premier camp focused on national circuit debate where the country’s best circuit debaters gather each summer to master their craft. The Skill Builder program provides students with step-by-step, easy to use modules with tools to improve their debate skills and arrive at camp ready to maximize their improvement. Released to students in the Spring, the Skill Builder curriculum is purpose built by top debate coaches to help students improve their debate skills in the off-season through focused, individual work.

Please review our Summer 2022 overview, which contains important information about our in person programming this summer and online options, as well as our COVID-19 response page.Īlong with registration for any camp session, students will receive access to NSD’s Skill Builder program, along with the option to receive additional pre-camp tutoring. We are so excited to work with our students in person, again! We know that students and parents have questions as they return back to in person camps this summer.
This summer, all of NSD’s core camp sessions (Flagship, Philadelphia, and Texas) will return to being in-person, residential camps.
