This could be a problem for people with allergies or other sensitivities. The only thing that could be considered as a negative was that the condo did show signs of mold growth, and smelled somewhat musty. You can even do small loads of laundry in the stackable washer and dryer, just bring your own detergent. The kitchen had all the right tools, dishes, and appliances to enjoy preparing meals, serving, and enjoying them at the 4 person table, while being able to look outside at the ocean waves. Plenty of toilet pa per, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy and quick. Close enough to walk to fun little beach restaurants and other establishments. The condo is located close by everything in New Smyrna. If you are looking for a few good day trips during your stay, there are also plenty of exciting places to visit nearby including Disney World, the Kennedy Space Center, and Daytona Beach. In the spring, the warmer weather makes the yearly Seaside Balloon & Skyfest one of April's most popular events in town. In February, visitors can get inspired by attending the annual Art Fiesta. New Smyrna Beach has a tropically influenced climate with humid, hot summers and dry, mild winters.
